SATURDAY: A True Kiwi Dinner

A Roast followed by the Great NZ Institution, the Pavlova.

I once again forget to take pics of dinner (were at the in-laws) but we had a delicious roast pork with roast potato and kumara, cauli, crakling, gravy and apple sauce.

Dessert was a lovely crunchy-outside, marshmallowy-inside pavlova, topped with whipped cream that had frozen raspberries folded through and topped off with a crumbled flake.



So damn good.......
