After weeks of begging from the fiancee, last night I finally relented and cooked him one of his favourites, stirfry.
Plenty of veges, free-range chicken and hokkien noodles, bound in a Lemon, Seasame & Ginger Sauce, finished off with a sprinkling of cashews.

Hey hun, why don't you think about catering? Having seen some of your food for a while I would pay a hell of a lot to have someone as wonderful as you are catering at events!
Thanks for the comment Janine. I have thought about catering, but unfortunately we are not in the right financial situation for me to leave work to start up a business at the moment. And because I do shift work, I couldn't really successfully do it as well as work! I'm hoping in a few years time to be able to get into this :)
